Our team provides compassionate, respectful, and safe psychiatric care for adult clients located in California.

      For clients living in the San Diego area, we can schedule in-person or telehealth appointments.
      For clients who  reside in California but outside of the San Diego area, we offer telehealth appointments.
      Telehealth appointments take place via a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform.

How does it work?

Your treatment will be based on our thorough assessment of your mental health, including biological, psychological, and social factors. We begin with a comprehensive clinical assessment, define your treatment goals, and generate a sound treatment plan. Then, we work together to optimize your mental health, improve your overall functioning, and enrich your quality of life.

Our patient-centered approach incorporates your experience and feedback as we work to target problematic symptoms and behaviors. Our psychiatric nurse practitioner can prescribe medications and coping strategies to support your treatment goals.

Insurance and Payment

We accept Tricare, TriWest, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna (Commercial Plans), Optum (Commercial Plans) and Magellan.  Clients can also pay for services via credit card, cash, or ACH bank transfer.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities

You are entitled to be highest quality of psychiatric care available, consistent with established standards of clinical practice. Psychiatric care/psychotherapy is a joint undertaking, with rights and responsibilities shared by both the patient and the provider. We are always interested in responding to any questions, concerns, or feelings you may have regarding your care.
